8 Man Football Camp
Teams / Individual Campers
We want to welcome all high school coaches who want to bring their entire teams to the Bengal Football Camp. Each team will have the opportunity to compete against various teams across the northwest. We encourage campers to register as a team. Campers who register individually will be allowed to go through all of the individual workouts, and will be organized into camp teams for all team competitions.
Individual Techniques
Each camper will work with one of our Bengal Assistant Coaches along with some of the top Northwest high school coaches. Campers will go through daily individualized drills that will stress fundamental techniques and general football knowledge.
Athletic Training & Insurance
A fully certified athletic trainer will be on duty for all camp sessions. Each camper will be sent a medical history form when they register which must be submitted along with proof of personal (parent/guardian) medical insurance coverage.
Team Definition
A Team consists of 15 or more players.
Equipment
All campers must have a complete set of approved gear: helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, football pants, knee pads, hip pads, thigh pads, tailbone pad, jersey, and both natural and artificial turf football shoes (tennis shoes are sufficient). Campers should also bring socks, jocks, girdles, t-shirts and some shorts.
We do have a limited amount of equipment that can be rented for a flat rate of $40 for the week. This will be on a first come, first serve basis and will need to be reserved prior to your arrival at camp.
Room and Board
Dorm Campers will stay in a residence hall on the Idaho State University campus. Campers must supply their own towels, wash cloths, pillows, and bedding material (sheets/blankets).
Dorm Camper Meals = Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Holt Campers will stay inside Holt Arena and sleep on the turf floor. Campers will share a locker room and will have to supply their own towels, wash cloths, and sleeping bags/cots.
Holt Camper Meals = Lunch & Dinner
Day Campers will not be provided with lodging, but may participate in all aspects of the camp.
